The Alpaca Adoption is one of the most famous WSC traditions. You get your very own plush alpaca, all named Jerry (but you can rename yours if you want). These little alpacas aren’t just stuffed animals, they’re a symbol of your WSC journey.
Ride with your Alpaca

Alpacas come in all colors and sizes. Don’t worry if you don’t get the exact one you wanted. Every Jerry is special, and what matters most are the memories you create together.

Take photos with it, pose with your group, and even bring it on stage. These pictures will be more meaningful later when you look back on the experience.

Competition can be hectic, so make sure you keep your plush companion safe. Carry it in your bag or hold onto it so it does not get lost. If you are traveling, pack it carefully so it arrives home in good condition.
