Scholar's Challenge
What is Scholars Challenge?
The Scholars Challenge is where you and your brain answer 120 questions from the curriculum. It’s not about memorizing random facts; this test checks how you think. It is multiple choice, but with a twist: you can put more than one answer. You can play it safe with 2 or 3, or go all-in with one and try to score full points. Every choice matters, and even if you’re not sure, just answer.

What's Happening?
-
When you arrive, you sit with people outside your team or school.

-
Staff gives you the big test packet, timer set to 60 minutes.

-
That’s one hour to finish: answer what you know, come back on what you don’t know. If a question feels confusing, skip and return. Trust your gut, first instincts are usually right.
Tips
-
Don’t wait until the last night to cram. The curriculum is a lot to cover. Study a little each day, flip flashcards, quiz yourself.

-
Cramming kills your memory. Your brain needs time to think, so you need a steady study plan.
-
Answer the easy questions first, so that way you save time. Then come back to answer the tricky questions. Don’t get stuck on one question and waste time.

-
Don’t mark all five answers, that’s 0.2 points. One answer is already a risk if it's the wrong answer. Two or three answers are safe if you’re unsure.

-
If the clock’s still ticking, go over it. Catch any mistakes, fix blanks, and fill in better answers. A few extra minutes could change your score.
